Configurazione dei componenti

Scheda video ATI Radeon Xpress 200M

Perfettamente riconosciuta, per poter usufruire dell'accelerazione 3D si segua la guida: [:Hardware/Video/Ati:Abilitare 3D Ati] con Ubuntu 6.10.BR Con le versioni precedenti seguire la guida riportata in [#ur Ulteriori risorse].

Scheda wireless Broadcom 43xx

Su Ubuntu 6.10 «Edgy Eft», il funzionamento dei [https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/Driver/bcm43xx/Edgy driver opensource] non è perfetto.BRSi consiglia pertanto di abilitare ndiswrapper per la [:Hardware/Wireless/BroadcomBcm4306:Broadcom 43xx]. Confermato il funzionamento di ndiswrapper anche su Ubuntu 7.04 «Feisty Fawn»

Scheda audio

Riconosciuta automaticamente {OK} .

Modem 56k

Non è stato possibile configurarlo. I driver propri della periferica sono i [:Hardware/Modem/Dialup/Conexant:conexant] (proprietari, a pagamento).

CardBus bridge Texas Instruments

Rilevata correttamente, non è stato possibile far funzionare le schede.BR Con Kubuntu 6.10 «Edgy Eft» seguire [http://www.de-side.com/blogs/index.php?blog=2&title=lettore_di_schede_texas_intruments_su_ub&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1 questa guida].

Hard disk

Riconosciuto, con tutte le partizioni. Abilitata la scrittura su NTFS con [:Hardware/DispositiviPartizioni/MontarePartizioni/NtfsLetturaScrittura:NTFS-3G].

Riconosciuto. Verificata la corretta masterizzazione di CD e DVD. Per il LightScribe seguire [:LightScribe:questa guida].
